I got given a two week notice from work I have been working here for a couple years I didn’t do anything wrong I just came to work and he gave me the letter when I try to ask him if I can talk he says he’s busy what steps can I take. Bc

Am I entitled to my bonus if I worked the full fiscal year and then resigned for a better opportunity? My original contract states that I have to work the full fiscal year to be eligible, which I did. However, in 2021 they started a new policy that you must be employed at time of payout to be eligible. This is not on my original offer I signed. They are saying because I attended the meeting to launch the new bonus program that it negates my original job offer contract
