I have been working at a privately owned montessori school for 4 months now. At this point, I have done my job and a fairly good standard. Due to a couple of parental complaints not picking on things, my principal decided that I am not a good fit for this place anymore. Does the principal have the right to fire me past a 3 month window for something so trivial?

In Ontario, an employer can terminate you for any reason as long as its not discriminatory and you are provided with a fair severance package. Please use the following link to determine your entitlements upon termination (severancepaycalculator.com/) and then contact us at the number below for a consultation with a lawyer to discuss your situation.
