I Have been working for my employer since Nov 6, 2018. Upon offer of employment, they let me know that their office would be relocating since I lived in Oakville this was a concern, but I was assured they wouldn't be moving any further than the Pearson Airport area. They have announced they will move to Markham in May, this will take me over an hour each way.

What are my options? what am I entitled to? I had taken a pay cut and declined other offers because of how close this employer was to my home although the salary didnt meet my expectations.
