We have been working 12 hour shifts x3 days a week with a 4 hour shift on the 4 th day totalling 40 hours. Hourly paid full time we are also on a weekly averaging agreement non union. 2 crews splitting the week. We have a situation where the company does not want to pay us the full 12 hours on the next stat even though they paid us a full 12 hours on the last stat which was Good Friday.

Thank you for your question. You should contact the Ministry of Labour regarding this issue and they can issue an order requiring the company to provide you with proper pay.
