I have worked for a company for more than 3 years as a senior Product Manager. Have always received "Exceeds" or "Meets" expectations on quarterly reviews. A New boss started and I was moved to the new team 2 months ago. Things seemed great but about a week ago I got very negative feedback suddenly. I was assured that they'd help me improve but when booking a meeting with them, I saw on google calendar that there was an interview where the description of the role they were interviewing for was my role. What should I do?
