I work for a contractor for a big telecom company in Westcoast. I was facing harassment and racial discrimination at work place. So I quit my job by giving my employer enough notice. My employer reported me as non rehirable to the telecom company so that I couldn't work for another contractor for same telecom company. They used an excuse that I quit my work assignment too early, which is not true. They basically ruined my career as said telecom company is a big employer in westcoast and I can never work for them directly or through a contractor. Do I have a case against my employer on human rights basis.
Yes, you may have a valid constructive dismissal claim and human rights claim against your former employer. I would recommend contacting us to speak with a lawyer to discuss your potential claims
