What length of time would imply acceptance of a temporary layoff

Thank you for your question.

There is technically no length of time that you will be deemed to have accepted the temporary layoff, but if you wish to object to it and treat it as a breach of contract, it is advisable to act sooner rather than later.

Kindly note that your termination entitlements expire two years from your notice of layoff, after which your limitation period will bar any civil claims.
