I was terminated from my job while on disability and I have a 32yrs tenure with an excellent work history. I was told that I am not entitled to severance pay. Keep in mind I was informed via a letter in the mail.

This likely amounts to wrongful dismissal, as even if your employer argues frustration of contract you should still be entitled to at least your minimum notice entitlements. Please reach out to our office to set up an immediate consultation.
