Temporarily laid off on march 20th, I've been there over a year and was working a set wage, I haven't heard anything from them and wanted to know if I was entitled to severance pay

We would have to review your contract of employment to see whether your employer had the right to temporarily lay you off. If your employer did not have the right to temporarily lay you off, it may amount to constructive dismissal of your employment entitling you to a severance package from the company.
