I am store manager for LCBO. As they are currently on strike, I have been re-deployed to different areas of the business and currently being forced to work 6 days a week. I am a salaried employee, and there is no mention of overtime compensation, possibly days given in Lou. I am also being asked perform duties that I believe go against my employment contract. Is my employer (LCBO) allowed to do this and force me to work 6 days a week?
Thank you very much.

We would have to review the specifics of your situation through a consultation. Generally, employers cannot unilaterally change the fundamental terms of your employment without your authorization or consent, if they do, this could amount to constructive dismissal.
