Hi I signed a 4 week contract with a private practice job (a dental office) but I can only give 2 weeks max as I start a new job soon. Could I get in trouble for this? I love in Ontario, Canada

if your contract requires you to Ive 4 weeks of notice of resignation and you don't, then technically you are in breach of the contract. that said, if the company doesn't suffer any damages it is unlikely to ever pursue you for this breach.
