I am a Sales Engineer employed with an HVAC company. HR has officially put me in PIP. They have said if i don't improve my performance by end of November, I will be terminated, and they have set unrealistic goals sales that's impossible to achieve in 2.5 month, thus termination is inevitable. what cam i do to avoid getting fired with cause in the next 2 months.
