Ot Requirements and am I entitled in Alberta ? I am employed as a Salaried division manager and had got sent out to the field to work hands on doing labor work for 16 weeks in which time I accumulated 480.5 hours of overtime the company is offering me 9 days off with pay for this at regular time am I entitled to overtime as i was not doing work as I typically would have been ?

It is very likely that you are entitled to over time pay, however it would depend on the language in your employment contract. I recommend that you schedule a consultation with one of our lawyers to review your situation in more details and provide you with your options if your employer is refusing to provide you with your overtime pay.
