Hello. I'm a Municipal worker in Ontario. On April 17,2020 the Provincial goverment put in place an Order in Council 157/20 under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act suspending all Collective Bargaining Agreements for Covid-19.
My question is if there are Layoff's/terminations, for severance does my employment fall under the suspended CBA or does it fall under the labor laws used in Ontario?
