I've been laid off without cause from a company that recruited me from a previous employer 5 months ago. My salary with this employer was 95,000K. I don't find the severance package offered fair (only 3 weeks). I proposed a counter offer of 3 months but they came back to me saying the contract I signed when I got the job offer stipulates that if I'm terminated without cause I'll get only 3 weeks of severance. Is there a way I can get more?
