I was laid off due to the Covid pandemic. The 13 week mark will be on the 26th of June (4 days from now). I find it suspicious that I receive the following text message from my boss:
Hi Neil, can you please give me a call. I would like to discuss your return to work if you are interested. Thanks

I have not yet responded to this email. I have a consult booked for next week but I am concerned about not answering this text message in a reasonable amount of time. I'm looking for some advice on how to do so or whether I should wait until my consult. I find it questionable that they would do this such a short time before the 13 week period. Please advise.
Thank you,
Neil White
