I would like to have information regarding Frustration Contract since I am receiving LTD benefits for two years now. I have been accepted by both Desjardins and CPP as being totally disabled for any gainful occupation. However I have been told that after 2 years my employer can fire me for Frustration Contract because of the length of my illness and that could me that the employer cancels my LTD benefits as well. This would leave me in a dire financial situation over an above being totally disabled from suffering from ME/CFS. Can you guide me on this matter?
