I was fired for what they originally said was sexual assault, and then sexual harassment at a Christmas party. I don't recall the incident, as I had a few too many. I was called in and fired for sexually harassing a female employee. There are two problems with their story: 1. Management and upper Management didn't know I am gay, 2. I have several witnesses that said it never happened. I work on a full commission basis and had worked for them for 10 years. Am I entitled to compensation?

If you were terminated then there is a presumption that you are owed notice; you should contact one of our employment lawyers to discuss your situation further. Additionally, you should check out our severance pay calculator to see what your legal entitlements are (https://www.severancepaycalculator.com/)
