I was a Financial Advisor at a banking firm. I had a strong history of exceeding performance targets and colleagues including my manager who can vouch for my work ethic. I was terminated with cause on grounds of viewing 4 staff members personal identifiers such as DOB,Name,Age and Phone number. I did not copy or use any date for any malicious intent.
