My employer ( school us company, no union) suspended me for 5 days.
I found out accidentally thru our dispatch when they inquired about my bus route.
I am back to work.
I did not and have not received anything g official staring I was suspended nor have I signed anything
My question is, should I not have received something official regarding the suspension and now thar it's over, am I obligated to sign any paper work the company puts forward regarding the suspension now that it's completed?
