I am currently on LTD. I've been with my employer 20+ years. I am 62, if I remain on LTD until 65, would I still be entitled to a full severance?

if you remain on LTD for the next 3 years then there is a chance that you would not be entitled to your full severance as it would depend on your medical status. if your doctor states you are unable to work then that could constitute a frustration of contract and would entitle you only to your minimum entitlements pursuant to the Employment Standards Act.
