I am an employee of a huge company they have opened a new distribution center in edwardsville, Illinois i am employed at that facility from the get go i have been a target to them almost all of the managers including the the director dc ops are all friends and come from amazon including their forklift operators and thats what i am but i am not from amazon i am just a regular employee getting treated unfairly on the daily now i know the difference between feelings and discrimination i am being excluded from overtime and mentally and verbally abused by these individuals i have handed in a formal complaint since there was no hr at the time the only person i could hand it into was the director after doing so the treatment has become worse these individuals have got me feeling like i wanna die i have called off work today in hopes to get an answer from an employment lawyer i called ethnics again yesterday and reported that the treatment i received yesterday was all i could take i almost wanted to kill myself i called lyra health line and they talked me out of it i feel terrible for the way i am being manipulated in hopes that i will quit my job but that i cannot do i have bills to pay and these people cannot get away with this i have proof that they are doing exactly what i am saying thier behaviors are causing much unneeded behaviors making a hostile working environment please help me .
