I was just dismissed yesterday..after my probation had expired of 6 months. I have never been told that I was doing a bad job or not fulfilling my duties, in fact I have built the payroll team, trained new employees while doing this working up to 16 hours a day in addition to weekends. I have been stressed beyond belief and I feel that they did not provide me with an accurate picture of what the job actually entailed. They did provide me with 4 weeks pay in addition if I sign off another 2 weeks pay. Considering the above can I go after them for more? Do I have a case?
