If a company asks its employees to sign an agreement stating that the employee will not sue the company should they or their family members get COVID-19 and suffer losses up to and including loss of life, then what are the employee’s rights facing this type of agreement? Could it result in a constructive dismissal? What would you advise employees to do?

My name is David Vaughan and I am an employment lawyer with Samfiru Tumarkin. I would not recommend that an employee signs such an agreement.
