I was on a last chance agreement with resolute Sawmill outside of atikokan ontario and they fired me for taking my break in the wrong vehicle
I thought I was in my rides vehicle
And was only in there because I hurt my back the night b4 at work and just wanted to relax it on my breaks
Is that a just enough reason to be fired over
Also
They didnt pay me everything they owed me on my last check this past Friday and told me I have to wait till next payday to get the rest
Was wondering if they're allowed to do that or if they should be paying me right away??

My name is David Vaughan and I am an employment lawyer with Samfiru Tumarkin. It's extremely difficult for an employer to establish just cause for termination and withhold your severance entitlements. Therefore, it's unlikely that this amounts to just cause for termination. If the employer does not have just cause to terminate your employment, you should receive severance pay. Please visit the Severance Calculator (https://www.severancepaycalculator.com/) for an estimate of your severance entitlements and contact our firm to discuss the matter in more detail.
