If I asked to take time off and said I would be getting a doctor's note ect and I was terminated before I could provide the note that puts me off work untill may 31 they said because I didn't email it it's not valid. What are my rights here I have a disabilty and was hired knowing this

If your employer has terminated you while on medical leave and knew you had an illness or disability at the time they terminated you, you have the ability to bring a Human Rights complaint against them and seek compensation. You may also be able to bring a claim for additional severance and compensation.
