Is there an allotted time that the employer must give to review a change of compensation?
There is no specified time required for an employer to provide for reviewing compensation changes. If your employer has made a significant negative change to your compensation you must act as quickly as possible to speak with an employment lawyer and possibly reject the change. Otherwise you may be seen to have accepted the change if you continue to work under the compensation change.
