Its been 13 weeks that i have not been recalled back to my job. I have not had supplemntary payments or ei. I want to be recalled back to work. What should i do?

If your employer is continuing to provide you with benefits, and you have consented to the temporary layoff, you could be off for up to 35 weeks (up to 13 weeks without benefits continuation). If you would like to be recalled, contact the HR department and inquire when the date of recall is. If you are not recalled within the time required, you can proceed with going after your severance entitlements. Please reach out to our Firm for a consultation to discuss your entitlements.
