12. Termination of Employment
The Company may terminate your employment at any time by only complying with all minimum requirements of applicable provincial employment legislation relating to the termination of my employment (including, without limitation, all provincial employment legislation requirements in respect of notice, termination and severance pay, wages, benefits and vacation pay)
This was in the letter sent to me by the company that recently purchased the one i work for. Would this affect my severance if and when i left. Thx
